By accessing or using the IntelligentQMS platform ("Service"), operated by Alpha Omega Quality Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

IntelligentQMS provides a cloud-based quality management system (QMS) platform that includes tools for document control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), FMEA analysis, audit management, supplier quality, training management, process analytics, and other quality management functions. The Service leverages artificial intelligence to enhance quality management processes.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Account access requires administrator approval. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, logos, and documentation, is owned by Alpha Omega Quality Systems LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA OMEGA QUALITY SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you are located in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved in local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
