Records — what actually happened
Completed evidence: calibration certificates, training records, audit reports, non-conformances, MRB dispositions and e-signatures. They are fixed evidence — retained for their retention period and never revised. This register aggregates them for you.
Records shown here are read-only aggregated evidence. They are retained per their retention schedule and are never edited — corrections are made by raising a new record, preserving a complete, tamper-evident history for audit.
